Best Cocktails with Rosé Wine

“When it gets hot in the summer, there is nothing more refreshing than a cocktail made with rosé wine.” Terry Pomerantz has already shared with us a delicious recipe for sangria made with rosé wine. Today, he suggests 5 more cocktail recipes made from rosé. 

 Strawberry Rosé Cocktail  

Ingredients 

  • 300 g of strawberries 
  • 1 bottle of rosé 
  • 1 lime 
  • 90 g of sugar 

Preparation 

  • Remove the stems from the strawberries 
  • Cut the strawberries into quarters 
  • Place the strawberries in the freezer for 4 hours 
  • Chill the rosé in the refrigerator 
  • 4 hours later, take the strawberries out of the freezer 
  • Put all ingredients into a mixer 
  • Add a few ice cubes 
  • Mix until you get a slushy texture 
  • Serve 
Strawberry Rosé Cocktail.

 Rosé Punch 

Ingredients 

  • 1 bottle of rosé 750ml
  • Lemon juice 
  • 65 ml of sugar 
  • 120 ml of white rum 
  • 1 bottle of sparkling water 1 liter
  • A blend of strawberries, raspberries and cherries 
  • Ice cubes 

Preparation 

  • Poor the wine, the rum and the lemon juice into a punch bowl 
  • Add the berries and mix 
  • Place in the refrigerator for a few hours 
  • Before serving, add the sparkling water and mix  
Rosé Punch cocktail.

 Jingle Juice 

Ingredients 

  • 50 ml of vodka 
  • 100 ml of cranberry juice 
  • Rosé wine 
  • Ice cubes 

Preparation 

  • Poor the rosé, the vodka and the cranberry juice in a pitcher
  • Add the ice cubes
  • Mix and serve 
Jingle Juice cocktail.

 Rosé Granita 

Ingredients 

  • 150 g of sugar 
  • 1 bottle of rosé 
  • 1 lime 
  • 100 g of strawberries 
  • 300 ml of water 

Preparation 

  • Remove the strawberry stems 
  • Bring the water to a boil 
  • Add all of the ingredients 
  • Place everything in the freezer for 5 hours 
  • Stir from time to time 
  • Serve in cold glasses 
Rosé Granita cocktail

 Sunset 

Ingredients and preparation 

  • Poor a bit of cognac in a wine glass 
  • Add chilled rosé wine, orange flavored sparkling water and a dab of lemon juice, and serve.
